In the French-speaking areas of Europe, INTERTEC is represented by Bruun & Sørensen Suisse, established in Geneva in 1971, and by B&S International France, set up in St Genis-Pouilly in 1978.
Most of our activities are concerned with CERN, the European
Organisation for Nuclear Research.
Initially, our main involvement was in the construction of the LEP-accelerator (Large Electron Positron collider), and now the 27 km long underground
LHC-accelerator (Large Hadron Collider). Over the years we have also played a significant role in the development, assembly and maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
